The setting for Winterdance is spectacular and unique especially for a Hyalite climb. Therefore, I am compelled to provide additional perspective on Conrad and Steve's photos. This photo, with belay stations marked, was taken on Friday Dec. 17th, two days after Steve and Conrad's ascent. The photo is taken from a point on the approach ridge where you begin a traverse to the base of the climb.
